Change Communication


The only constant is permanent change. Companies are subject to internal and external influences that are permanently changing. Markets change just like public opinion and the companies themselves. Part of our task in this complex process is to help clients stay ahead and uphold their identity. This demands a careful analysis of the possibilities of endogenous and exogenous factors that trigger changes and create pressures for change.

Change processes taking place in organizations are almost always interdisciplinary in nature, involving all parts of the company. They occur at the interfaces – from management and staff communication, corporate positioning, brand and reputation management through to CEO and crisis communication. They are reflected in our communication work. Our change management approach takes in the whole spectrum from strategic planning, through stabilization and implementation, to management of the entire change process. And it is equally concerned with both effectiveness and the approve and the integration of relevant stakeholders.
